As a law student at the University of Leeds, I often struggled to keep my life organized. I used Notion for everything, including notes, projects, personal tasks, and relied on my calendar to plan my days. Manually syncing everything between Notion and my calendar was frustrating and time-consuming.
That’s why I built Lumen. Lumen connects directly to Notion using its API, fetches databases, and turns them into a calendar URL. It allowed me to sync all my work and personal pages directly into my calendar, which made scheduling much easier and helped me stay on top of everything.
I am now updating Lumen so it works not just for me, but also for a small group of friends and family. It’s still a private project, not a business or public service, but sharing it has helped others keep their days organized too.
I’ll also post a demo video soon to show exactly how Lumen works and how it simplified my workflow.
This is a personal project meant for learning, experimenting, and helping those close to me.
DISCLAIMER: Lumen is not a public business or a service. It is meant for myself, friends and family.
