Lumen: From My Notion to My Calendar
As a law student at the University of Leeds, I often struggled to keep my life organised. I used Notion for everything, including notes, projects, and personal tasks, and relied on my calendar to plan my days. Manually syncing everything between Notion and my calendar was frustrating and time-consuming.
That’s why I built Lumen. Lumen connects directly to Notion using its API, fetches databases, and turns them into a calendar URL. It allowed me to sync all my work and personal pages directly into my calendar, which made scheduling much easier and helped me stay on top of everything.

I am now updating Lumen so it works not just for me, but also for a small group of friends and family. It’s still a private project, not a business or public service, but sharing it has helped others keep their days organised, too.
I’ll also post a demo video soon to show exactly how Lumen works and how it simplified my workflow.
This is a personal project meant for learning, experimenting, and helping those close to me.
DISCLAIMER: Lumen is not a public business or a service. It is meant for myself, friends and family.
